So now I want to discuss about STRESS with you...
NOW...
- What is Stress...
- Stress is a normal physical response to events that make you feel threatened or upset your balance in some way.
- Example : When you in fight and flight situation...You will stress since you must choose a choice in your critical moments...
- Memory problems
- Inability to concentrate
- Poor judgment
- Seeing only the negative
- Anxious or racing thoughts
- Constant worrying
- Moodiness
- Aches and pains
3. How to overcome this... ??
- For Muslims... Solat please...
- Write.. Whatever that bother you...
- Don't keep your feeling.. Tell it to someone you believe
- Do whatever you loved.. Maybe your hobbies..
- Exercise... Alone or with your family..
