Lately... I'm really in tension...
Oh My God....
I'm so stress...
Please... Help me...
So now I want to discuss about STRESS with you...
NOW...
  1.  What is Stress...
  • Stress is a normal physical response to events that make you feel threatened or upset your balance in some way.
  • Example : When you in fight and flight situation...You will stress since you must choose a choice in your critical moments...
BUT...

      2. What are this symptoms? 
  • Memory problems
  • Inability to concentrate
  • Poor judgment
  • Seeing only the negative
  • Anxious or racing thoughts
  • Constant worrying
  •  Moodiness
  •  Aches and pains
SO
      3. How to overcome this... ??
  • For Muslims... Solat please...
  • Write.. Whatever that bother you...
  • Don't keep your feeling.. Tell it to someone you believe
  • Do whatever you loved.. Maybe your hobbies..
  • Exercise... Alone or with your family..
